Immortals takes the Throne this week

This weekend didn’t give too much surprise on the Boxoffice. The Immortals took the first place with the $32 million debut which is half of what 300 or Clash of the Titans did on their debut and all three movies kinda go into same category. The rating goes 7.0/10.

Second new movie that opened this weekend is Jack and Jill from Adam Sandler with $26 million and rating of only 3.0/10 which is pretty bad I must say. I’ll prolly skip that movie, even though is seen some pretty decent Adam Sandler movies.

Still standing strong just half a million less the Jack and Jill this week is Puss in Boots, with almost $110 million so far. The rating is steady 7.1/10.

After good first week Tower Heist drop to $13.2 million this weekend with total $44 million so far which actually bumped Universal Pictures over $1 billion and made them fifth on the list to do so this year. Tower Heist is pretty good movie and holding rating 6.8/10.

The fifth place took also a debut movie with Eastwood’s J.Edgar with DiCaprio in main role. I like Clintc Eastwood movies so its definitely on my list to watch. Even though it debuted with $11.5 million, the rating is pretty good with 7.8/10.

Next weekend we have next Twilight Saga movie which will prolly take the first place, but lets see next week.
